Development history:The first generation of high -efficiency water reducing agent and amine resin-based superplasticizer was developed in the early 1960s. Naphthalene series of water reducing agent is the largest in our country production, the most widely used highly efficient water reducing agent (accounting for more than 70% of the amount of water reducing agent), which is characterized by high water reduction rate (15% ~ 25%), no air, little effect on the setting time, relatively good adaptability with cement, can be used with other various additives compound, the price is also relatively cheap. Naphthalene superplasticizer is often used to prepare concrete with high mobility, high strength and high performance. The slump loss of concrete with naphthalene superplasticizer is faster. In addition, the adaptability of naphthalene series water reducing agent and some cement needs to be improved.
Properties:high efficiency water reducing agent has a strong dispersion effect on cement, can greatly improve the flow of cement mix and concrete slump, while greatly reduce the water consumption, significantly improve the workability of concrete. But some superplasticizer will accelerate the slump loss of concrete, too much mixing will bleed water.
