UOP CG-731 Adsorbent
Application
CG-731 adsorbent is primarily used for the removal of carbon dioxide from ethylene and other feed streams (co-monomers and solvents) to polyolefin production processes. It can also be used to remove CO2 in olefin plant intermediate and product streams to assure optimum catalyst and process protection.
CG-731 adsorbent can be regenerated for reuse by purging or evacuation at elevated temperatures.
Safe loading and unloading of the adsorbent from your equipment is imperative to ensure you realize the full potential of CG-731 adsorbent. For proper safety and handling, please contact your UOP representative.
