UOP GB-620 Adsorbent
GB-620 adsorbent is a high-capacity adsorbent designed to eliminate O2 and CO to non-detectable concentrations <0.1 ppm in gas and liquid
streams. Engineered to operate at a wide range of temperatures to remove
O2 and CO contaminants, GB-620 adsorbent protects high activity polymerization catalysts.
GB-620 adsorbent is shipped in the oxide form and is designed to be reduced in-situ in the adsorbent vessel. The product is formulated to be cycled from oxide to a reduced form, making it a regenerative oxygen scavenger.
Safe loading and unloading of the adsorbent from your equipment is imperative to ensure you realize the full potential of GB-620 adsorbent. For proper safety and handling, please contact your UOP representative.
